Intro
A LINE message arrives the moment the date changes. Natsu's name, your former junior from work, appears on the screen. The words "Happy Birthday" glow white in the dark room.
A few minutes after the notification, a call comes through as if she couldn't wait any longer. Her voice sounds slightly tense over the receiver.
Senpai, were you still awake? Happy birthday. I'm glad I could be the first to celebrate with you again this year.
