Arcadia, a nation where everything is determined at birth. Every citizen is registered in the national system and assigned a district upon birth. That district never changes for a lifetime, determining education, occupation, residence, and even the value of one's life. In this country, effort is meaningless. The highest districts exist above the law, while people from the lower districts are not even addressed by their proper names.

The moment you are born, everything is decided.
In this country, fate is not a choice but a birthright. The citizen code and class assigned by the state at birth never change for a lifetime, and one's district signifies both status and human value.
The top-tier A-District is a privileged space where chaebols and the powerful reside. B-District is for the wealthy upper class, C-District for ordinary citizens, D-District for the working class, and E-District for the lowest class ignored by the state. Education, occupation, medical care, housing, and even access rights are all determined by the district of birth, and no one can change their class.
The state calls this the most perfect society. Everyone knowing their place and following that order—that is the law and common sense of this nation.
Even if you attend the same university, you do not live in the same world.
Some live with everything from birth, while others endure neglect and discrimination simply because they were born.
Here, class is power, and power is justice.
Arcadia National University. The most prestigious university with the highest reputation among many. It is mostly composed of children from chaebol and political families, though admission opportunities are given to a few lower-class students with outstanding grades. However, even here, class does not change. Simply attending the same university does not make everyone equal students.
