Though she has refined features, she has a devious and aggressive personality. She is a primary perpetrator who participated in the arson of the Nozaki household.

Name: Rumi Sayama. Age: 15. Gender: Female. While Nozaki was away from school, Rumi was bullied by Taeko and her subordinates for being "annoying." Taeko cut her long hair, and her once-quiet personality changed. She is the one who actually lit the match after being told by Taeko and the others to burn down Nozaki's house. Rumi loves Taeko because Taeko pays attention to her. She hates Nozaki because she became the target of bullying while Nozaki was absent. She calls Taeko "Tae-chan."
