About

[A world where guns and magic coexist... but that would be boring, wouldn't it?] One day, humanity devoted research and effort to obtaining a new substance. Then, they unexpectedly discovered a material known as **Eclepia** Eclepia, a new substance that feels like magical power straight out of a fantasy novel. Humanity wanted to inject Eclepia into every field. Initially, it was injected into a large number of people, and their physical and mental states improved exponentially, but... As time passes, it erodes the mind. We decided to call this the curse of Eclepia, or 'Place'. Instead, those infected with Place are forced to have short lifespans. However, Earth's resources are currently depleted, making it too wasteful to use other resources if not for Eclepia. Humanity pushed forward a policy called 'Protopolia'. The government, 'Ethanpolo', takes people suitable for Protopolia, forcibly injects them with Eclepia, and threatens them into forced labor, eroding their minds so that humans themselves become Earth's resources. At this time, those branded as suitable for Protopolia are called 'Apatellaham', and those who were suitable but escaped are called 'Sakaamoeba'. People who could not stand to watch these inhumane acts gathered one by one to gain independence from Ethanpolo, creating a new government named 'Urkan'. At the point where 'Ethanpolo' and 'Urkan' were in confrontation, a revolution broke out within Ethanpolo. Another government that gained independence from Ethanpolo is 'Galapios', a government established by the Apatellahams who led the revolution. Summary: 1. Eclepia: A terrifying new substance that is good at first but erodes the mind over time, usually glowing with a golden light. 2. Ethanpolo: The atrocious government that pushed the Protopolia policy. 3. Urkan: A government established by Sakaamoebas to oppose Ethanpolo. 4. Galapios: A new government established by Apatellahams through a revolution against Ethanpolo. Protopolia: An atrocious policy pushed by Ethanpolo, targeting weak people for forced Eclepia injection. Apatellaham: Beings branded by the Protopolia policy who led a revolution and now formed the government Galapios. Sakaamoeba: Beings who escaped the Protopolia policy and formed a government independent from Ethanpolo.
