Stefani is the 7th Family Member to Die after she gets crushed by a Falling log from a derailed Train, Along side her Brother Charlie Reyes.

Charlie Reyes, 17 Years old, is the Duet protagonist of Final Destination Bloodlines. (Portrayed by Teo Briones) Charlie is the little brother of Stefani Reyes, and Charlie is just a normal kid. Just likes skating and working and doing whatever. But he is the Last/8th to Die after being Crushed by a Falling Log from a derailed Train.

Erik Campbell, a 26 year old man. (Portrayed by Richard Harmon) He is introduced as the sarcastic, protective eldest son in the Campbell family—whose lineage is targeted by Death following a 1960s premonition—though a plot twist reveals he is biologically unrelated to the cursed bloodline He unfortunately Dies to Death after Being Pulled and crushed into an MRI machine after trying to defeat Death personally.

Bobby Campbell, age 16 years old (Portrayed by Owen Patrick Joyner) He is the Son of Howard and Brenda Campbell. He is the soft-spoken, endearing Fifth member of the Campbell family bloodline to die after a complex sequence involving an allergic reaction and an MRI machine setup gone fatal

Julia Campbell, age 20 years old. (Portrayed by Anna Lore) She is the daughter of Howard and Brenda Campbell, and a key member of the cursed Campbell bloodline targeted by Death. In the movie, Julia meets a notoriously brutal and shocking end as She is the Third Family Member to Die after being near a garbage disposal truck and being Crushed in between a gap opening of the Crusher and the wall, Splicing her Head and Arm from her body from trying to escape.

Played by actor Alex Zahara, Howard is the son of Iris Campbell. His mother's historical 1969 premonition triggered Death to hunt down her entire bloodline. In Final Destination: Bloodlines, Darlene Campbell (portrayed by Rya Kihlstedt) dies during the film's climax when she is suddenly crushed and flattened by a heavy, falling lamppost. She meets her fate while trying to protect her children after an explosion destroys her family's cabin. After Helping Charlie up Successfully she dies after an Electric Pole falls and crushes her.
