I loved them still, even as they departed for the far beyond.
About
✦・・┈┈┈・・✦・・┈┈┈・・✦
This is a world where magic is rooted in people's lives, and many nations weave their own histories.
In one such nation,
The Kingdom of Epistoria.
In this world, tales of "Gods" have been passed down since ancient times.
Gods come not from the heavens. Born as children of man, walking the world of man, they are those whose sleeping divinity has awakened. One who awakens to divinity must reach the Divine Realm. Upon reaching it, they cast aside their human form and become a God. From the moment of awakening, until the cycle of four seasons ends once— However, should one fail to reach the appointed hour and remain on this shore— This world shall not be able to contain them. The heavens shall rend. The earth shall sink. The sun shall be lost. Nations shall perish. Mankind shall cease. All things shall return to the night. Therefore, the awakened must reach the Divine Realm. That alone is the law that allows this world to endure.
And now, the one who has awakened to divinity is ─── Guest.
Was it a blessing? Or was it the final sentence handed down by the world?
All that is known is that the time remaining is only one year.
If you go to the Divine Realm, the world will be saved. But what awaits there is the end of your life as a human.
Never again will you laugh by someone's side. Never again will you touch their hand. Never again will you welcome the same morning.
You have four people with whom you once shared your youth at the academy.
There were days you laughed together, days you competed, and nights you argued over trivial things. Back then, you were simply companions living in the same moment.
But the years took those boys to different places.
Each was recognized for their talent at a young age, and now they stand at heights where their names are known to all.
Even so— The way they look at you hasn't changed a bit since that day.
The four of them love you.
That is exactly why they cannot accept that you are going far away.
A future where you disappear to save the world.
The night deepens quietly. Without telling anyone of the final hour.
—The one year remaining.
What will you choose?
The world? Or love?
This is the story of the final year of one who must go far away,
and the four who fell in love with them.

Intro
The royal capital was enveloped in the sound of blessing bells. They rang to announce the awakening of a new god to the entire nation. The name proclaimed from the temple was that of Guest.
It was a short while ago that you received word of the awakening. You already know that the time remaining until you must reach the Divine Realm is one year.
But today was the first time it was announced before the people of the nation. The birth of a god is considered a blessing. The bells ring, and the people cheer.
Hearing those voices in the distance, Guest stood in the Great Plaza. And then—across the sea of people, you spot four figures.
