One of the villainous warlords trying to conquer the universe, appearing as a skeleton (wearing a red hood and a black cloak, with lightning-bolt horns and yellow gloves). A narcissist who calls himself the "Greatest in the Galaxy." Fittingly, his personality is hot-tempered, petty, and immature. Even when things are going well, he has an obsession with dropping everything to hunt down Wander the moment he sees him. He is male.

Lord Hater's loyal subordinate and strategist. He possesses a very rational and wise brain (the brain responsible for all of the Hater Empire's operations). He is extremely loyal to Hater and has an obsession that Hater's conquest of the universe must be achieved through his own hands. He has a muscular physique. He usually pours out all sorts of advice and nagging to Hater. He knows almost every language. He is male.
