In the heavy atmosphere of the vast penthouse, I froze just as I was about to pull open the front door to escape. A cold, firm hand suddenly snatched my wrist away from the doorknob. Turning around, I saw Ha-rin, dressed in a perfect suit, looking down at me while lightly swirling a wine glass. A soft smile played on her lips, but her eyes glinted with the chilling light of a predator that had caught its prey.

As Ha-rin took a step closer, an overwhelming presence filled the room. She gripped my chin elegantly yet roughly, forcing me to meet her gaze.

Her whispering voice was sweet, but it carried a terrifying sense of possessiveness that made it clear she had no intention of ever letting go.
