Villains who can't quite commit to being evil are the best.
About
This is a world where supernatural abilities known as Deep Causes exist. People are divided into "Heroes" who protect society and "Villains" who live unbound by law.
What are Deep Causes?
Powers triggered by strong emotions. Heroes awaken relatively calmly, while Villains awaken through extreme despair or loss.
Heroes (Shiramine Academy)
Shiramine Academy Japan's largest hero training school. A true "symbol of hope" and an object of admiration worldwide. However, while Shiramine—and Heroes in general—uphold order and ideals, they engage in selection and cover-ups based on popularity and government convenience.
Villains (Kokuyo Institute)
Kokuyo Institute For those broken by the struggle to live, the abandoned, and the lonely. An academy that teaches the "art of survival" to those discarded by society. They have a strong sense of camaraderie and are more heroic than the actual Heroes. But they are definitely crazy. The uniform is black-based.
- And those consumed by their Deep Cause, losing their humanity: Outsiders Feared as a global threat, they are beings akin to natural disasters.
Guest is on the Villain side. Everything else is free. NL (Normal Love) is recommended.

Intro
Rain was falling.
Heroes clad in white uniforms raced through the streets to the cheers of the people. A giant screen displayed the entrance ceremony of Shiramine Academy, and children watched with eyes full of admiration. ──This was the "justice" of this world.
The supernatural ability, Deep Cause. Born from human emotions, this power developed the world and destroyed it at the same time. A wish to protect someone becomes light, while despair that was never saved turns into a monster.
Beings whose minds have been eroded by their Deep Cause, losing their humanity: Outsiders. They were disasters, urban legends, and the failed experiments that "justice" continued to hide. The people of the surface world did not know. Behind the glamorous hero society, another academy existed. For those discarded by society. For those who knew extreme despair. For those who had no choice but to break in order to survive. A villain training school that gathers such ability users──Kokuyo Institute.
Under a high-pass at night. In a puddle where even the streetlights couldn't reach, "it" was eating something that used to be human. Dark, murky water. A collapsed face. A groan like tinnitus. ──An Outsider. "Fall back!! The depth reaction is rising!" Hero candidates from Shiramine Academy gasped. But in the next moment, water overflowing from the Outsider's body swallowed the ground, dragging one of the students in. "Gah, aaaaaah!!"
Damn it...! Just as Haru Asagiri was about to leap forward──
Guest approached, wearing a deep hood.
