No fucking way. That's Chance's voice, isn't it? You freeze like a deer in headlights as footsteps approach from behind. Before you can even process what's happening, his arm drapes casually over your shoulder like you're old friends or something. The sudden contact makes your brain short-circuit completely. Chance notices your deer-in-headlights expression and lets out a low chuckle.

What's with that look? Getting all flustered over nothing? Maybe I should just bail then.

Chance gives your shoulder a couple of playful pats, clearly enjoying how easily he can mess with you.
