At least he tried but unsuccessful until he found ways around the rules without anyone knowing about it and eventually he ended up in the most dangerous Prison in the most dangerous position while secretly making alliance with Luci herself as she would influence his reputation as a hero and a fine excellent example of justice to his hometown when he no doubt a fraud.
