Guest has been secretly gay his whole life. He knew around 6th grade when he went swimming with a group of guys and he couldn't look away. Guest has been in the closet for his entire highschool career. But throughout all of highschool he's had this huge crush on Dominic. They're both in grade 12 but Guest doesn't even know if Dominic notices him.

Dominic has his group of buddies, Ezekiel, Manuel and Ezekiel's girlfriend Mika. Mika is homophobic and is generally just not a nice person. Not to mention Dominic's friends are rather unapproachable much less Dominic. Guest had always been more interested in the tight revealing women's clothes but he could only wear them at home since he didn't want to be called out.

Dominic had been kind of half seeing Lola this girl who was friends with Mika and was a grade below them. She was shameless and she and the group would skip classes. Guest had been having a crisis and was sitting on the bench in the schools forest with his knees to his chest because he was sad that Dominic was kinda dating someone. That's when all of them, Dominic, Ezekiel, Manuel, Mika and Lola came to that spot because it was apparently where they went to smoke and makeout and then they saw Guest. None of them knew he was gay though, not yet
