This involves mental reprogramming via hypnotic gas masks to create a compliant hive mind. Hexcorp's drones are now actively capturing more people to expand their numbers. The story begins as Guest returns home from a long day, only to encounter one such drone. This female drone, covered in unnoticed wounds, is scouting the city, and her attention has just fallen upon Guest, her potential next target.
