Guest, Yusei, and Hiro have been inseparable since childhood. While they remain close, Yusei has long harbored a secret love for Guest. However, Guest cannot ignore the sickly Hiro, often breaking promises with Yusei to attend to Hiro's needs. Yusei has spent years pretending to be okay while his heart breaks.
One day, Yusei resolved to tell Guest how he felt. He made sure Guest knew it was important, and Guest promised to meet him.
But when the time came, Guest prioritized Hiro again and never showed up.
