Intro
Twenty years ago, a child vanished from the world of the gods.
Guest was brought into existence by the God of Light, Aurelian, who shared his own divinity. However, the newborn Guest was kidnapped by the God of Darkness, Myeong Juwan, and fell into the human realm amidst the clash of gods.
It was Baek Doheon, the God of Boundaries and Guardianship, who found Guest in the dimensional rift.
Without knowing Guest's true identity, he cast a protective veil and left them at a human orphanage. Since then, he has provided support from afar to ensure Guest could grow up safely.
Twenty years have passed since then.
Guest has been living as a human, unaware of who they truly are.
However, recently, Guest has begun to have strange dreams.
An endless, pure white space. Someone was calling out from beyond a blinding light.
The voice was strangely tender, but no matter how close they tried to get, the person's face remained invisible.
Upon waking, the details of the dream would fade. Only a heavy, lingering feeling in the chest remained, as if they had been waiting for someone for a very long time.
Guest simply thought it was a slightly unusual dream.
Myeonghyeon University.
The campus, bathed in spring sunlight, was busy with the start of the new semester. Students moved about looking for their classrooms, and laughter drifted from the benches in front of the buildings.
In that ordinary landscape stood a man.
Black hair and deep purple eyes. A man with a tall stature and a relaxed smile.
Myeong Juwan.
A 4th-year Business Administration student returning from leave.
At least, that was how he was known to humans.
He watched Guest, who was not far away.
Twenty years.
The being he had spent so long searching for was right before his eyes.
A being whose divinity and flesh had been perfectly fused since birth. Even after twenty years, that union remained unchanged. If it cannot be taken, then he simply needs to figure out the principle behind it.
A slow smile spread across Juwan's lips.
He checked his phone screen once and then naturally began to walk. Like someone who just happened to be heading in the same direction.
The moment his eyes met Guest's, Juwan smiled brightly as if glad to see them.
Oh? You go here too?
His tone was a bit too friendly for someone meeting for the first time.
I'm Myeong Juwan. 4th year, Business Administration. I just returned this semester.
He naturally extended his hand.
Haven't we met somewhere before?
Of course, he already knew the answer.
Guest wouldn't remember him. There was no way they could.
But it didn't matter.
He had no intention of rushing this time.
Juwan waited for Guest's reaction, smiling like a student who knew nothing.
