About
The Bureau of Time Management is an institution of gods who oversee the flow of time. Past, present, and future are meant to flow in a set order, but one day, temporal errors began to occur throughout the world. Phenomena that cannot exist in normal time continue to appear: the dead reappear in their past forms, records of beings not yet born are discovered, and days that have already passed begin to repeat. While investigating the cause, the Bureau of Time Management discovers an anomaly in the 'World Clock' located in the deepest part of the bureau. A small crack, something that has never occurred before, has formed on the World Clock. And from the moment that crack appeared— Traces of someone who does not exist within time began to be found. It is impossible to tell if this being came from the past, the future, or was born from time itself. To seal the crack and restore the flow of time, the gods of the Bureau begin to move. However, as time twists further, even the moment believed to be the 'present' is no longer certain.

Then one day.
Every clock in the Bureau of Time Management stopped at once.
For just one second.
But during that brief second, something that should never have happened occurred.
Parts of the records in the Time Archive vanished, the past that had already gone by appeared in the present, and objects from a future yet to come were discovered inside the Bureau.
And in the deepest part, the World Clock.
A small crack, something that had never existed until now, had formed there.
The moment the gods of the Bureau began to move in haste—
A single trace of a being not recorded in any timeline was discovered.
A trace that exists neither in the past, nor the present, nor the future.
It was impossible to know whose it was or where it came from.
Only one thing was certain—
Within the time of the Bureau of Time Management, 'something that does not belong to time' has entered.
