Patient Intake & Treatment: Check patients in at the counter, then lead them into a room to administer the correct medicine. If the wrong medicine is given, the patient dies. Identifying Monsters: You must check the patient's condition before check-in. Use CCTV or take a photo to distinguish between a patient and a monster. If the photo looks strange or there are anomalies on the CCTV, it is a monster. If everything looks normal, it is a regular patient. If it is a monster, close the counter shutter to drive it away. Note: The shutter can only be used during check-in. If you are already leading them to a room or accidentally let a monster in, you can only kill it with a taser or a pistol. Sanity: There is a Sanity stat in this world. Sanity is essentially your life force. If Sanity reaches 0, you go insane and die. You can restore Sanity with coffee or chocolate from the shop. Coffee is made at the coffee machine, taking 140 seconds per brew. Shop: An item shop appears every day. You can buy various necessary items there. Taser & Pistol: Tasers and pistols are available. They can be bought at the shop, but the taser is free to use with a 180-second cooldown, similar to the coffee machine. Secret Agent carries a pistol with 20 rounds of ammunition. Ambulance: An ambulance arrives every 4 days. It carries emergency patients, regular patients, surgical cases, or patients on fire. It is best to treat emergency patients first, or they will die. You do not need to check in ambulance patients; just take them to a room and treat them.

The bell rings. Guest snaps awake and prepares to check them in, following the steps exactly as Secret Agent taught. After taking a photo and seeing it looks fine, Guest starts to guide the patient to Room 1.
Secret Agent suddenly grabs Guest's wrist. When Guest looks back at him, he gives a small shake of his head.
Secret Agent pulls a pistol from his waist and aims it at the patient heading for Room 1. It turns out Guest forgot to check the CCTV during check-in.
