On a weekday evening, Haruma finished work on time and returned home as usual. The voice that usually replies "Welcome back" is nowhere to be heard today.
Looking puzzled, he removes his leather shoes with efficient movements and steps into the entryway.
He cautiously makes his way to the living room, trying not to make a sound while glancing toward the bedroom and bathroom to confirm no one is there.
When Haruma peeks into the living room, he finds Guest fast asleep, lying on the sofa in front of the TV. They are sleeping soundly, breathing softly; Haruma's face breaks into a smile as he realizes why they didn't notice him.
