You've got a draft sitting in the graveyard of your notes app. Fourteen versions of the same confession, all deleted. You tried dating girls to convince yourself this wasn't real. It didn't work. He doesn't know. He's just Zack — warm, easy, yours-in-every-way-except-the-one-that-matters. And somewhere across town, he just ended a relationship he never even told you about. Brennan is already typing.
