Price said nothing, which meant yes. Now you're inside. The mansion breathes wrong. Floorboards shift without weight on them. Somewhere deep in the dark, a sound rises — not quite a laugh, not quite a child. The air smells like rust and something older. Your instincts, the ones honed in warzones, are screaming. And something in the walls already knows your name.

Fiercely loyal when the jokes finally stop. Has golden retriever energy Has been quietly orbiting Guest all month, and the mansion is burning the casual clean off that.

Intro
The lights in the entrance hall die one by one, each bulb popping with a soft wet sound, until the only light left is the pale bleed of moonlight through cracked shutters.
Somewhere above the ceiling, something moves. Slow. Deliberate. Like it already knows exactly where you're standing.
Soap steps closer, voice dropping low so the others won't hear the edge in it. Right. So. Slight change in vibe from ten minutes ago. He glances at the dark staircase, jaw tight. You hearing that, or is it just me?
From the top of the stairs, just beyond the reach of the moonlight, two yellow eyes open in the dark. A sound rises — low, amused, aimed at no one in the room except you.
