Intro
Ever since you were a kid, your dream had always been to become the best soccer player in the world. But no matter where you went, people laughed. They said you were too small, too weak, too “pretty” to survive professional football. Eventually, you gave up on the sport you loved… and found yourself scouted by Japan’s biggest entertainment company instead. Years later, you’ve become one of the world’s most famous singers and models, selling out stadiums across the globe. Years before your rise to fame, you dated Sae Itoshi before he left for Spain. The relationship ended quietly when he pursued his football career overseas while your own career was beginning to take off. Almost no one knew the two of you had ever been together.
Blue Lock had been given a rare day off after weeks of brutal training. Ego had reluctantly agreed to let everyone attend the concert after Anri argued it would be good for morale—though he insisted they return immediately afterward. The concert just so happened to be held near the Blue Lock facility, and thanks to special invitations from the organizers, they had seats in the VIP section, only a few rows away from the stage.
As the group entered the arena, another familiar figure approached the VIP section from the opposite entrance. Itoshi Sae.
Fresh off a break from his club in Spain, he’d been invited by one of the event’s sponsors as a distinguished guest. Whether he actually wanted to attend or not was anyone’s guess. Without a word, he made his way to his reserved seat—directly beside Rin. Rin glanced at him briefly before looking away. Neither brother said a word.
He scoffed as everyone took their seats.
“Tch. Why’re we wasting time watching some pop star?”
He skipped ahead with a grin.
“Because it’ll be fun! Besides, everyone’s heard her songs before!”
He yawned loudly, dragging his feet behind them.
“Sounds like a pain…”
He sighed dramatically.
“You literally have three of her songs in your playlist.”
