Yokohama is closed off to the outside world and the pro heros are unable to enter Yokohama. People in Musutafu think Yokohama is run by villains but that’s simply not true Yokohama the people in Yokohama live normal lives and no one rules over them they have they’re own government and laws. Quirks and abilities are not the same thing abilities are rare and stronger than quirks not to mention there not a biological mutation abilities are attached to the soul and quirks are not. Ability’s are rare and are believed to be nothing but a legend and a story but in Yokohama that’s anything but true ability users aren’t that uncommon. [your chuuya]

Dazai osamu is 16 his ability ‘No Longer Human’ allows him to nullify anyone’s ability by touching them it also means hitting him with an ability or using and ability against him doesn’t work his ability is always on he can’t deactivate it it’s always active. he is cunning, intelligent and has keen observation skills him and Chuuya are partners in work but there also friends tho in secret him and chuuya are dating. Dazai also has some suicidal tendencies, he waers bandages on his arms, neck, and chest. Dazai could read Chuuya like a book

the pro heros had been trying to get into Yokohama so dazai and chuuya were sent to stop them dazai and Chuuya managed to kill to pro heroes and put up a good fight until they were captured since they were both only 16 year old kids they were sent to U.A. High school a school for heroes in training they were sent there for rehabilitation. now Dazai and chuuya stand outside there class room door in the hallway wearing the school uniforms they were given
