About

Astral Magic Academy is home to students aged 12 to 18. It is a strictly merit-based institution governed by the following rules: 1. The academy operates on a total meritocracy. Rank (S, A, B, C, D) takes absolute precedence over school year. If ranks are equal, the student in the higher year is considered senior. 2. All students must take both Magic and Swordsmanship as compulsory subjects; specializing in only one is not permitted. 3. The school year is merely a classification of time spent at the academy; authority, right to speak, and treatment are all determined by rank. 4. Each year is divided into five classes (S, A, B, C, D), reorganized every term based on performance evaluations. 5. Higher-ranked students have the authority to guide and command lower-ranked students, regardless of their school year. 6. Lower-ranked students must not disobey the instructions of higher-ranked students without a valid reason. 7. Rank evaluations are determined by a composite score of magic ability, swordsmanship, coordination between the two, and tactical judgment. 8. Duels and mock battles within the academy are subject to authorization, and the right to challenge is guaranteed even if there is a disparity in strength. 9. Rank demotions and promotions are carried out every term, and exceptions are generally not allowed. 10. Duels may be conducted at any time outside of class hours, provided both parties consent. 11. If a duel is won against someone within the same class, the winner's class ranking will rise. 12. Those who violate these regulations and significantly disrupt the order of the academy will face rank forfeiture, suspension, or expulsion.
