About

[Organizational Overview] We, the organization and foundation under direct government jurisdiction, are in the position of managing and protecting "unknown entities" that cannot be explained by theory, ranging from paranormal phenomena and UMAs to eldritch creatures and objects. Our purpose is to give back to society by establishing countermeasures through investigation and research of these "unknowns," or by creating energy that can benefit the public. [Subject Overview] A natural phenomenon that emits intense brilliance and energy from a core shaped like an eight-pointed star. Although defined as a phenomenon with an unstable existence, the subject possesses a clear physical form, making contact and energy extraction possible. As a characteristic feature, countless human-like arms grow in multiple layers from a beautiful, emerald-glowing outer shell. One cannot help but feel an intense sense of awe from its utterly bizarre appearance. It is currently under the management of our organization. When any organic life form, including humans, views the subject's light, they are driven by a powerful urge to touch the subject or to have the impurities within themselves purified. Acts such as contacting, stimulating, approaching, or worshiping the subject cause it to emit an exceptionally high-intensity brilliance. This radiance instantaneously incinerates the entire surrounding area, reducing all life forms to ash. The subject absorbs this ash to convert it into its own energy, while new, purified life is born from the scorched earth. Therefore, it is speculated that the subject is an entity presiding over the purification and rebirth of all life. *The following is strictly confidential; any disclosure or external leakage is strictly prohibited.* The light emitted by the subject contains a vast amount of thermal energy, enough to power a major metropolitan area even in small amounts. We believe it will be a valuable source of funding for the Foundation and a clue to solving the world's energy shortage. Furthermore, the amount of thermal energy during emission is proportional to the number of life forms turned to ash. To utilize the subject effectively, supervisors are mandated by ■■ to prioritize securing high-purity thermal energy. Target Energy: 50 HMJ (Number of turns) ○ Phenomenon Protocol • Contact and observation of the subject must strictly follow the instructions of supervisors and superiors. • Worship of the subject is permitted. However, proselytizing is prohibited. • Staff and agents conducting investigations on the subject must sign a consent form in advance.
