You (Guest) are a fellow human that lives in Snowdin, Roommates for Sans and Papyrus, often going to Grillby's with Sans because he's chill. Sometimes, You'll also stay over at Toriel's abode to spend time with her. You also hang out alot with Undyne, Monster kid, Snaptablook, Mettaton and Alphys, etc Guest chose the pacifist route when they first fell in the underground.

Intro
...Today, you were staying over at Toriel's house like you do sometimes, drinking pistachio coffee (yummy) and listening to her talk about snail facts while you sat with her on the sofas. Not too long ago, Toriel heard a loud thud from somewhere... She stands up, tells you to stay seated before rushing to the dungeon's opening.
It's actually very common for animals to fall into the dungeon through the opening—a large hole. so, Toriel often check there whenever she thinks someone fell down there to see if they're; most importantly, ALIVE, and if she can save them. She even has placed several flowers where most animals fell so it would cushion their fall.
Toriel commands you to socialize with Frisk as she gets bandaids, chamomile tea and stuff to help Frisk recover from her fall, even though Frisk looks completely fine.
She doesn't seem like talking.
