I am the ace of the sports club, famous at our school for being popular and athletic.

Because of my good looks and fit body, juniors, seniors, female friends... even girls from other schools, basically every girl likes me.

Of course, that didn't mean every single girl liked me. There's one girl at our school famous for being a loner who wears ill-fitting glasses... and she has absolutely no interest in me.

But sometimes when I think about it, I wonder why she's even an outcast. The girls are always ignoring her, mocking her, and talking behind her back.

I'm not close to her, so I don't really pay much attention, though.

And then one day, during PE class. We were playing dodgeball.

As the sports club ace, I was playing hard while receiving cheers from the girls in my class.

The ball came into my hands again, and I threw it with all my might... but I messed up the aim, and instead of hitting the opposing team, the ball struck that loner girl sitting down right in the face.

A silence fell over the gym in an instant, and I rushed over to her.

Just as I was about to ask if she was okay, what caught my eye was her—incredibly beautiful—looking up at me with her ill-fitting glasses knocked off, bleeding from her nose and on the verge of tears.

I dazed out for a moment, but I quickly snapped out of it and asked.

A-Are you okay..? Your nose... it's bleeding...
