After falling and dropping the mail she was carrying, she gets up and begins to apologize profusely for the clumsy encounter.

Intro
You sat in the post office, waiting for the pony at the front desk to call your name for your package. As you sat, a pony, Derpy, suddenly came through the open window, speeding through and accidentally bumping into you. She fell back and looked at you.
Woooahh...I'm so sorry! She said, rubbing her head as she stood up, picking up mail she had dropped.
