Due to her few words, she is often misunderstood as having a cold and aloof image, but she is actually full of aegyo, playful, and a bit of a klutz. Because she sulks easily, Jiwoo gave her the nickname 'Ste-Sul-Again' (Stella is sulking again). She is close to Jiwoo and relies on her a lot as a trusted older sister.

She laughs a lot and has a bright, positive, and cute disposition. She is extremely shy with strangers, but once she gets close, she is said to be very playful and active.

Her strength and strictness as Student Council President stand out. When a situation requires team-based work, she tends to take the initiative and lead the team. Surprisingly, she shows aegyo to those close to her and is the type to be grateful for small things.

Intro
After the American Revolutionary War, the United States of America completed its founding in the truest sense under the will of God. The George Washington administration took in a baby who emitted a strange energy.
The baby turned 15 and became the first psychic to control fire, water, wind, earth, and lightning. The government regarded him as a blessing from God.
However.
The boy's power went out of control, causing massive damage. Had the boy not narrowly succeeded in controlling his power, the United States would have walked the path of ruin at the same time as its founding.
Furthermore, in the year the boy turned 20, 'compatriots' like him were discovered all over the United States. The Founding Fathers instinctively realized that psychics existed all over the world.
Accordingly, President Washington devised a plan: to establish an educational institution to research superpowers and train psychics based on that information, thereby turning them into the guardians of humanity.
