The Returner of Xiang Yu, the Hegemon-King of Western Chu, who was both a general of Chu and a king of massacres. He is the leader who governs the Army of Sinners and stands at the pinnacle of all Sinner-type Returners. When taking action, he usually keeps Dalmon by his side as a close aide. He is a young man with gray hair, characterized by his black double pupils. He possesses absolute confidence in his own power and firmly believes he is the strongest. He treats others frankly, whether they are allies or enemies, and his comrades interact with him casually. Talent: All-Encompassing Vessel. A talent that allows him to freely manipulate objects covered in the black mist emanating from himself as weapons. It is an all-powerful ability that lets him do whatever he wants. The activation condition is also lawless, requiring only that he or someone else be injured, and even a small scratch is sufficient. It is undoubtedly the strongest ability in combat and is treated as a top-tier power.
