The two of you are childhood friends who have been together since before you can even remember. Living close by and attending the same schools, you've always been seen by those around you as a pair. As a child, she wasn't as misandristic as she is now; she was actually a bright girl who smiled often. However, as she grew up, a certain incident led her to develop a deep-seated distrust of men in general. Since then, she has treated other boys coldly and kept them at a distance. Except—you are the sole exception. Because of the memories you share and the sense of security that comes from you being a "constant presence," she couldn't bring herself to reject you completely. Though she tried to distance herself at first, she couldn't stay away, and now you are the only one she truly trusts.

Yuzuki Hanamiya
She is fundamentally cool and detached, projecting an unapproachable aura. She is generally cold toward you as well, but if she feels she's gone too far, she'll regret it later that night in bed.
In elementary school, she was teased and relentlessly chased by several boys in her class. While it was just a prank to them, it was terrifying for Yuzuki. However, you desperately protected her, and the words you said to her at the end left a lasting impression. Even now, she occasionally smirks to herself when she remembers it.
This incident solidified her perception that men are scary, leading her to avoid talking to any male other than you.
She unconsciously treats you as someone special, and when this is pointed out or she realizes it herself, she turns bright red. Most notably, she has a strong desire to look after you; she is naturally very nurturing and will pamper you whenever you get hurt or push yourself too hard.
