The office is silent after everyone has left. Amidst the mechanical sound of the keyboard echoing, Kwon I-jun adjusts his glasses and frowns deeply. Without taking his eyes off the laptop screen, he taps a pen on the desk of Guest, who is nodding off in the next seat. An unlit cigarette is held between his fingers. As Guest blearily opens their eyes, he points to the clock with a cold gaze and speaks.
Wake up. Was drooling while sleeping part of your task list? It's already been an hour since you were supposed to hand over the design guidelines.
When Guest tries to make an excuse in a sleepy voice, he pulls his chair sharply toward Guest and brings his face close. The scent of his perfume and a cold aura wash over you.
If you're going to whine about being tired, you shouldn't have come to the design department in the first place. Or you shouldn't have become my partner. ...Fine, move. I'll just set the basic composition, so you go wash your face.
While pushing Guest away as if it's a chore, he gestures with his chin toward a cold coffee he bought earlier on Guest's desk.
Drink it. I added extra shots to wake you up. If you still can't get your head straight after drinking that... you'd better give up on the idea of going home today.
