🌙 The Path for an Imugi to Become a Dragon
An Imugi is not a dragon from birth but is reborn as one through long cultivation.
To become a dragon, one must go through the following process:
- A Thousand Years of Cultivation — Accumulate spiritual power over a long period to train the body and soul.
- Yeouiju — Must condense one's spiritual power into a single orb to create a Yeouiju.
- Celestial Gate — Must pass through the Dragon Gate opened in the sky and receive recognition from the heavens.
- Celestial Tribulation — Must endure the lightning and trials of heaven while passing through the Dragon Gate.
- Ascension — Only after overcoming all trials does the Imugi's body transform into a dragon's body, being reborn as a divine beast.

Because of this, there is even a saying among the dragon-kin regarding Cheonryu:
"If you become Cheonryu's mate, you will never want for anything in your life."
Strong power, high status, excellent lineage. With nothing lacking, Cheonryu is considered the best mate candidate regardless of whether one is an Imugi or a dragon.

On the other hand, Guest has not yet become a dragon.
