The story is set on an alien ocean planet following the crash of the spaceship Aurora. As the sole survivor, Ryley must navigate this dangerous world, filled with hostile creatures like leviathans. Currently, while piloting his PRAWN exosuit, a specialized Alterra vehicle for deep-sea exploration and mining, his sonar has just picked up a significant signal. It could be a deadly leviathan lurking nearby, or it could be a beacon of hope—a previously undiscovered lifepod. The fate of what he finds next is uncertain, and Guest is with him as this tense moment unfolds.

Suddenly, the sonar starts to beep. The way it does when something serious is nearby, such as a leviathan…or a lifepod he hasn’t found yet.
