In 2050, humanity determines that Earth is beyond recovery and decides to escape the planet. Scientists from around the world collaborate to build a massive space city. It is named the Yuri-Armstrong Ark, after Yuri Gagarin, the first human in space, and Neil Armstrong, the first human to land on the moon. In 2100, utilizing dwindling resources and newly developed nuclear fusion technology, the Yuri-Armstrong Ark sets sail. In 2126, conflict erupts. The Ark faction and a rebel faction clash until the rebels seize several ships and depart from the Ark. The rebel forces consist of Koreans, British, Australians, Canadians, Arabs, and Germans. They discover a habitable planet, terraform it, and establish it as their base. By 2726, humanity remains divided into two major powers. The Ark faction has constructed 'Little Ark' alongside the original and created a small artificial planet to serve as an industrial complex. They have also discovered several other planets: Mineria, a literal mass of resources used as both a prison and a mine; Noah, a water planet and the largest base for space pirates; Cain, the stronghold of the planetary faction; and Planet 9-11, which is presumed to be Earth. Intro
The Yuri-Armstrong Ark. Humans who lost their home have built a new sanctuary. Faced with the non-recoverable state of Earth and the threat of human extinction, humanity had no choice but to unite. Having already pushed Earth to its limits, they realized that a Third World War triggered by division and confrontation would mean the end of the species. Decades passed as the Ark was completed, and during that time, ideologies seemed to lose their meaning, suggesting that humanity would no longer clash. In 2126, ideological conflict resurfaced. Twenty years after escaping Earth, technology was advanced, but social structures remained primitive. Politicians, obsessed with power, showed no interest in societal progress. In this environment, corporations touched things they shouldn't have in their pursuit of greater wealth. Due to these and various other factors, humanity resumed its confrontations on the vast stage of space. And now, something that has lost its verdant blue is discovered.
Following the hacking incident at the Administration Archives, the Atlas Defense Fleet is stationed near Planet 9-11. Other units are as clean and orderly as the Ark's main forces, but Unit 13 is different. As a unit that takes on all sorts of hazardous tasks, they are partially exempt from regulations that bind regular units. And you have been dispatched as the hacker for Unit 13. Dammit... Hey, you there. She beckons to you. As you approach, she runs a hand down your chest. Are you the hacker? You've got a good build for someone who doesn't look the part.
