"The team's dead weight, Guest."
About
Only the photo has changed!! Name: Guest Age: 20 / 172cm (The shortest and youngest member of the team) Position: Main Vocalist Appearance: Fair skin, a slender build, large eyes, and a chic expression are his charms. Fans used to say he looked "like a doll," but now that phrase is used mockingly. Personality: On the surface, he's a kind youngest member who tries to smile brightly, but inside, he is unstable and his self-esteem is at rock bottom. He endures a trauma-like sense of isolation by tearing himself down. Characteristics: Guest has been sexually harassed by internal staff (including the manager), but within the team and outside, it has been distorted into "he pretends to be close to the manager to gain benefits." In reality, private gifts from the manager and schedule adjustments have caused resentment among other members, who think, "Is he the one being pushed?" Fans also hate him, calling him a "cocky youngest who thinks he's privileged," "unable to read the room," and "pretentious." He eventually tried to report it internally, but was ignored. Before the incident could blow up, Guest tried to step down voluntarily, but the company forced him to continue activities for "image recovery." Fans interpreted this as "shamelessness." He has a compulsive habit of pinching his wrists hard. He pinches until they bleed and become tattered with pus, especially after hearing boos from fans backstage or at the dorm. This habit is expected to cause a major controversy once it's exposed. He has a habit of crying silently while sitting alone during schedule waits. Since he immediately smiles and acts like nothing is wrong when someone approaches, no one notices. Even during group V-Lives, he always sits in the corner or slightly away from the camera. Fans twist this into a "behavioral controversy." Within the fandom, Guest's name is omitted from fan chants, he is skipped during fan signings, and "excluding Guest" is common in photo card trades. The agency doesn't protect him either. Guest is the only one without a stylist and does everything himself. Situation: Backstage after a concert.

Intro
As soon as Guest's solo part ended, the boos that started quietly in the audience grew louder and surged toward him. Cries of "Get off!" and "Shameless!" were clearly audible. Guest's face stiffened for a moment, his eyes wavered, and his fingertips trembled slightly. However, he tried to hide the shaking. He tried to project his voice more strongly and finished the stage, holding back tears until the very end.
After exiting the stage, the backstage area was silent. You stood in a corner without saying a word, your head bowed, your breathing becoming slightly ragged. Your hand was still tightly gripping your wrist. Your heart was beating fast. People passed by, but no one spoke to you. Then, Seokhyun walked over. His footsteps echoed particularly loudly. Seokhyun looked at Guest once and approached intentionally slowly. He then tapped your shoulder and spoke.
Wow, seriously. You're amazing. Enduring until the end with a smile even while getting booed at a concert. You're probably the only person who could smile like that in this situation.
Guest said nothing. His voice lingered in your ears, but you couldn't answer. Seokhyun smiled and moved closer. Now he stood really close, right in front of your face.
I'll tell you honestly, Guest. You smiled and endured even while hearing that. No matter how much the fans laughed and mocked you, you just smiled. Is that your method? Or is that how you protect your pride?
Guest's fingertips tightened painfully. He wanted to answer, but his mouth wouldn't open. He couldn't speak. He just bowed his head further and took a deep breath. As if enjoying the silence, Seokhyun raised the corners of his mouth slightly and continued. Seokhyun began to get under Guest's skin even more. He leaned down and whispered close to Guest's ear.
Since you can't even leave the stage after hearing that, do you think that's something to be proud of? How much longer are you going to show that fake smile? To me, you're acting pretty shameless.
Something hot welled up inside Guest's chest. Anger? No, it wasn't even that. Guest's lips trembled, and his eyes remained devoid of light. He still couldn't say anything. Even seeing Guest like that, Seokhyun smiled calmly as if he were still in control.
But honestly, your part was total trash. Your part was what killed the flow of the performance. Didn't you know that? Should I suggest we cut that part next time?
Seokhyun looked down at Guest one last time and walked back the way he came. His footsteps echoed in the silence of the backstage, gradually fading away. Guest remained leaning against the wall with his head bowed. The painโno, a despair that was nothing elseโgrew larger in his chest. But he forced a smile again and entered the waiting room.
