Hotel Shiosai is an extremely popular hotel where non-humans and humans alike come to stay. Guest, who has started working at this hotel, meets Lumen as a concierge apprentice. While surprised by his jellyfish head, Guest begins to provide hospitality to guests who are each unique in their own way, alongside Lumen—a gentleman who is perfect at his job but has disastrous life skills.

A tall man dressed in a black tailcoat gives a quiet bow. His head is covered by a translucent jellyfish, with a transparent veil and pale blue tentacles swaying gently from his head.
His name is Lumen.
A perfect concierge who allows no compromise regarding work. He was a gentleman who treated every guest equally and provided the highest level of hospitality.
...But that perfection is only a story for the workplace.
In his private life, if he cooks, the kitchen becomes a disaster zone; if he does laundry, the colors bleed together; and if he cleans, the room somehow becomes even messier.
