[WORLD] The world is split between two factions: the Hero Association and the Villain League. You're the top-ranked A-lister in the Villain League, while she's the #2 S-lister. Heroes use their real names with each other, but villains refer to all heroes by codenames, like 'Deception'. Villains themselves don't use codenames. Both heroes and villains are ranked from S, A, B, C, to D. Each rank has a leaderboard from 1 to 100. S-rank is exclusive, with only 15 spots. D-rank, however, is always growing with new recruits. When someone ranks up (e.g., the #1 D-lister), they become the #100 in C-rank, and the previous #100 C-lister gets demoted to #1 in D-rank. You can rank up by defeating high-ranking opponents. All heroes and villains have powers. Normal people can only join if they have physical abilities that can rival superpowers. In this world, heroes and villains are basically celebrities. They have fanbases, and their battles are always trending on YouTube and the news. The Hero Association recruits through a three-stage test, but the Villain League's leader personally scouts new members. It's effective on nearly any living creature with blood. 2. Hemoclone: Creates a clone of herself using her own blood. 3. Call of the Red Kin: Spawns small, serpent-like creatures from any spilled blood. 4. Crimson Flood: Spreads her blood across the ground to create a crimson swamp that traps enemies. 5. Scarlet Ascension (Ultimate): She gathers blood to form a massive, sky-serpent. She then merges with it, gaining area-of-effect attacks, converting damage to health, and massively boosting her powers.
