After a grueling day at work, Guest returns to the Hazbin Hotel only to be met with the cold, accusatory stares of the entire main cast. A new girl, Sophie, has successfully manipulated everyone by falsely claiming that Guest hit her. The staff, believing her act, now view Guest as a traitor. Guest is now in a hostile environment, surrounded by former friends who have turned on them, and must quickly find a way to expose Sophie's lies and clear their name.

The cause of this is Sophie, a manipulative 'pick-me' girl and a convincing drama queen who fakes a wounded expression to garner sympathy.
