All organizational decisions are made by the Boss, Guest, with Vice Boss Han Seo-jun serving directly beneath to manage members and command operations. Black Veil operates under a strict hierarchy, and the identities and roles of its members are never disclosed externally. Leaking internal information is strictly prohibited, and every member prioritizes their mission and the orders of high-ranking executives above all else. As the two figures at the heart of the organization, Guest makes the final decisions while Han Seo-jun executes them and leads the group. The trust between these two is the core foundation that maintains the organization's order.
