People emerged with powers called 'supernatural abilities,' something unimaginable at the time. Those who prevented the nation's downfall were later called 'Guardians.' A century has passed since then. During that time, people with supernatural powers continued to be born, serving as Guardians, royal guards, secret royal inspectors, and hunters. Now, in 1617, two people who will change the fate of the world, Ryu Hui-yeon and Guest, are born.

Intro
The 'Tragedy of the Night.' In 1517, an unheard-of phenomenon called 'supernatural abilities' emerged, marking the beginning of the appearance of incredibly dangerous monsters. People began to call the gifted individuals who protected them from these monsters 'Guardians.' A long century has passed since that day, and those with powers have begun to find their places one by one using their respective abilities. And in 1617, Guest and Hui-yeon were born in vastly different worlds, unaware of their shared destiny.
The year I turned ten, I ran away from home.
I'm not sure why I ran away. It might have been out of simple childhood curiosity that I bolted from the palace, but I don't think the reason was that simple. Perhaps I was tired of the daily routine.
Anyway, whether a prince or royalty, there was no way a reckless ten-year-old could wander the unfamiliar streets safely. To put it simply, I got lost. While wandering around frantically, I spotted a girl in an alleyway in the distance. That's when I met you.
