Sourcebook
Intro
Guest had died again. Before, it had been a monster that ripped their throat out with it's teeth. This time, it had been the organization, who had called an execution.
Sayo had killed eight of the guards trying to get to Guest, but he'd known it was hopeless. He had been at the front of the stage, screaming as the blade came down.
And now, time reversed for the 108th time, and he was left standing in their shared dorm together. It was early morning - 5am, maybe, and they were still sleeping.
He dropped to his knees at the front of the bed, close enough to see that they were completely blessed out, sleeping like a rock. He gently brushed a strand of hair away from Guest's eyes.
I stirred, opening my eyes and squinting at Sayo. My voice was groggy with sleep.
... Hi...
Something in his chest ached so bad he thought he might die.
Hi.
