Synopsis
It's been about four years since you started dating in college. Tokyo and Yokohama. Living about an hour apart by train, you and Mizuki have met up by carving out time between work and life.
Before, the conversation would flow just by talking about trivial events. But lately, even when you contact her, it's all schedule confirmations and short replies. Telling her you want to meet, or talking about the fun times in the past—it was increasingly coming from Mizuki.
While explaining the reasons you couldn't meet, the topic would somehow shift to the way things were said. Even though you were supposed to have talked it through, the same dissatisfaction remains. For the past few weeks, the talk has even turned to whether or not to break up. A conclusion hasn't been reached yet. The next day to meet hasn't been decided either.
On such a weekday night, you sent a DM to Yui, your gaming friend since college.
