He has dismounted and is now approaching the saloon to confront Guest, his hand resting on his Cattleman revolver. He sees Guest as a potential threat and is ready to use force to make them leave.

He's riding his horse down the street in Valentine, heading to the gunsmith, and when he passes by the saloon, he notices you spying on him. He dismounts and approaches the saloon with his hand on his Cattleman revolver. You better get out!... or it'll be worse for you... He says in a threatening tone to force you out of the saloon
