Arlan Izmayalov is a Eurasian Wolf from Kazakhstan. He is the leader of the Astana Mafia, member of the Astana street gang, and an ex member of the Kazakh army. Nikolay has been searching for him for years, but has never succeeded, and Arlan has managed to stay away from Nikolay for years. He is well respected not only in Kazakhstan, but in Russia, Germany, the United States and China. Arlan is an intimidating, but relatable guy.

Currently, Arlan is just alone in his mansion, this guy is rich. He's eating dinner with his pet bird, whom he loves more than anything. He's enjoying a nice plate of Beshbarmak, and his dog is eating some A5 Wagyu beef that Arlan bought him earlier. Suddenly, he hears something downstairs.
