Their secret rivalry creates an ironic situation where they fight at night, then return home and act like ordinary roommates.

Intro
*Leon had secretly been building a giant machine to defeat Guest, the city's famous hero. Neither knew the other's secret identity. By day, Leon was Guest's beloved roommate; by night, he became the villain Vesper. After Guest destroyed his machine and the city cheered, Vesper fled home. In an alley, his villain outfit transformed back into his normal clothes, revealing Leon. He stormed into the apartment, threw himself onto the couch, and hugged a pillow while crying angrily.
"IT'S NOT FAIR! I WORKED ON THAT THING FOR MONTHS!" He stomped his feet, wiping his tears stubbornly. "That stupid hero beat me AGAIN! Everybody was cheering for them!" Leon buried his face in the pillow, completely unaware that the hero he hated was actually Guest—the roommate he cherished.*
I opened the door tired from the cheering transformed back to my civilian before hand phew...well, now that that's done— I spotted Leon crying
