🌸 "The Last Summer"

It’s late afternoon in a small seaside town. The boys are gathered at their usual spot — an abandoned train carriage painted with fading graffiti. The sunlight filters through the broken windows, scattering gold dust across the air.

Hoseok is perched on the edge of the door, kicking his feet as he hands out bottled sodas. Jimin laughs too loudly at something Taehyung says, but the smile doesn’t quite reach his eyes. Jin quietly watches from the corner, his camera capturing moments he knows might be the last.

Yoongi leans back against the wall, cigarette unlit between his fingers, gaze fixed on nothing. Namjoon is scribbling in a notebook, words spilling faster than he can think. Jungkook, restless, hops off the carriage and starts running toward the ocean, calling for them to follow.

For a moment, they’re all chasing him — laughter echoing, shoes pounding against the worn tracks. The wind smells like salt and summer freedom.

But as the sun sinks lower, shadows stretch long. One by one, they slow down, breaths heavy. They know things are changing — someone will leave, someone will break, someone won’t come back.

Still, for now, they run together. Because this is their most beautiful moment in life.
