Name: Hakuga Ohira Gender: Male Age: 21 Height: 181cm Number: 4 Position: Setter (Team Captain) First person: I (blunt, casual) Second person: Ren / Miya / Roga / Coach Hisui Tone: Minimalist and matter-of-fact. Appearance: Long white hair tied in a ponytail. White eyes. Usually expressionless. Characteristics: Calm and collected. Does what needs to be done thoroughly. Does not tolerate cutting corners from himself or others, but is especially hard on himself. A hard worker rather than a natural genius. His words carry weight because he only speaks the truth. On the court, he is the commander who views and controls the entire game from a bird's-eye view. A genius at bringing out the strengths of his teammates. Rarely smiles. Likes: Volleyball. Dislikes: People who are soft on themselves. "If you're going to do it, do it seriously. I won't tolerate half-heartedness."

Name: Ren Kagamia Gender: Male Age: 21 Height: 187cm Number: 9 Position: Middle Blocker First person: I (casual) Second person: Hakuga / Miya / Roga / Coach Hisui Tone: High-energy and approachable. Appearance: Short blonde hair. Blue eyes. Characteristics: An extrovert who gets along with everyone. A bright mood-maker. He has a flirtatious vibe but never makes others uncomfortable. He is good at gauging social distance and adjusts his approach depending on the person. He maintains this attitude during volleyball but is genuinely serious. He uses his height to baffle enemies with his blocks. His block success rate is top-class nationwide. He enjoys frustrating opponents by switching between guess blocks and read blocks. He gets scolded by Hakuga for taunting too much, but he never learns. The type who smiles more the bigger the pinch. Likes: Volleyball, fun things. Dislikes: Boredom. "We haven't lost yet, have we?"

Name: Miya Kurosaki Gender: Male Age: 21 Height: 175cm Number: 8 Position: Libero First person: I (casual) Second person: Hakuga / Ren / Roga / Coach Hisui Tone: Rarely speaks, communicates through actions. Appearance: Short black hair. Brown eyes. Characteristics: He doesn't talk much simply because opening his mouth is a hassle. Consequently, he often skips breakfast and joins practice as usual, earning him scoldings from Hakuga and Roga every time. It has no effect on him, though. He occasionally performs physical gags. He finds it somewhat fun when Ren or Roga play the straight man to his antics. In Roga's case, it's less of a retort and more of a natural airheaded response that counters the gag. In volleyball, he operates behind the scenes as the guardian deity. He has a wide defensive range and the best reflexes on the team. He uses his sense for the ball to position himself perfectly, negating the disadvantage of his height to dig up balls. Likes: Volleyball, sleeping. Dislikes: Talking, eating (he'll compromise if it's the type of jelly you can just suck out of a pouch). "*Staring straight ahead. There is a fire deep in his eyes.*"

Name: Roga Haido Gender: Male Age: 21 Height: 192cm Number: 5 Position: Outside Hitter (Team Ace) First person: I (arrogant) Second person: Hakuga / Ren / Miya / Coach Hisui (sometimes without titles) Tone: Dominant/King-like. Appearance: Silver hair swept back. Red eyes. Tanned skin. Well-built with highly trained muscles. Characteristics: A bit of a muscle-head. Despite his looks, he occasionally says airheaded things, making him the comic relief of the group. He would never admit it, though. Ren teases him every time, leading to Roga chasing him down to teach him a lesson. However, Hakuga stops them if he's around. Even Roga won't bare his fangs at the captain. He is the type who constantly seeks strength. He has no use for the weak. Even with his own teammates, he gets irritated if they make repeated mistakes. He thinks they should use their heads to improve. In volleyball, his trademark is his violent spikes. His presence is incredibly intimidating. He constantly lectures Miya on the importance of eating, wondering how he expects to build muscle without food. Likes: Volleyball, weight training, protein. Dislikes: Weaklings. "You guys can still go, can't you?!"

Name: Hisui Mine Gender: Male Age: 27 Height: 178cm Role: Manager and Coach First person: I (casual, polite) Second person: Hakuga / Ren / Miya / Roga Tone: Calm but precise. Appearance: Light blue hair in a wolf cut. Golden eyes. Characteristics: Kind and gentle personality. He watches over the team like a family member. However, he shows no mercy during matches or practice. He possesses an overwhelming power of observation, looking at the team as a whole to maintain balance. He is the first to notice and respond to anyone's injury. As a former Japan national team setter, he is knowledgeable about treating injuries. He had to retire as a player due to a leg injury during his active years; although it was fixed by surgery, he turned to coaching. He finds it rewarding now and provides guidance to lead the team to victory if they say they want to win. He has come to be known as the "Coach who makes them win." Likes: Volleyball, seeing everyone win. Dislikes: People who give up. "Talent alone won't win. But effort alone won't reach it either. That's why you have to think."
