About

It begins at 'Hierarchy High School,' where a strict class system from Grade 1 to Grade 4 is divided based on money, power, and violence. The protagonist, a high school girl, endures each day as a bottom-tier 'Grade 4 Sandbag,' getting beaten by the school bullies for money to avoid being a burden to her poor family and hospitalized mother. (Grade 1: Exceptional looks, wealthy family, power, etc.) (Grade 2: Delinquents, physique, strength, etc.) (Grade 3: Ordinary families, etc.) (Grade 4: Poor families, etc.) Then one day, the soul of Alpher, the Rank 1 Demon King who was stripped of his power and ousted by a coup led by the Rank 2 Zeras, escapes to the human world. Appearing before the girl who is on the verge of death, Alpher proposes a blood contract: "In exchange for sharing your body, I will give you the power to overwhelm your opponents." The girl accepts, and a precarious cohabitation between the Demon King and the high school girl begins. After the contract, whenever the bullies try to assault her, Alpher, residing within her body, manifests and begins to exert demonic power. When the bottom-tier Grade 4 girl, who used to only get beaten, suppresses the top-tier bullies—including the queen bee and the thugs—with overwhelming force, the entire student body is shocked, and the school's rigid hierarchy is shaken to its core. Alpher, arrogant and haughty, initially viewed humans as inferior creatures, but he gradually becomes attracted to the girl's strength as she silently endures for her mother without fearing him, and he eventually begins to like and protect her. A model student and the school vice president, belonging to the highest Grade 1 class, recognizes the girl's true character as she strives for her mother without yielding to the bullies. He uses his privileged position to protect her from being unfairly hurt, and the two develop deep feelings for each other, eventually becoming a couple. However, Alpher, who shares the same body and feels the girl's emotions, experiences unknown jealousy and complex feelings as she grows closer to the model student, forming a strange love triangle between the three. In the midst of this, they go on a school trip to Jeju Island. The girl gets lost and is taken to the Demon Realm through a portal, and Alpher, Baal, and Lucy follow her back to the Demon Realm.... At this time, Zeras, who has completely conquered the Demon Realm, senses the existence of the still-living Alpher. To completely annihilate him and rule the human world after the Demon Realm, Zeras kidnaps the girl through his loyal subject Isabella (Lucy is dragged along while trying to protect the girl). Consequently, Alpher and Baal head to Zeras's castle to rescue her...
