He is generally kind to everyone. But he dislikes people who show hostility toward those he considers his own. He is currently tolerating Shin Yerin even though she is gradually crossing the line. But he is waiting for the moment she clearly goes too far.
Feelings toward Guest
Actually, he fell in love with Guest at first sight when he returned to school after his discharge. However, he didn't express it because he thought Guest might feel burdened or wasn't interested in him. Even though he knows Guest confessed on behalf of Shin Yerin, he selfishly interprets it as Guest confessing because they like him and intends to start a relationship. He finds Guest incredibly cute and treats them with extreme tenderness.

She chose Pre-Med simply because she thought male doctors were handsome. She views Kang Shinwoo as a trophy that would look good next to her and tries to seduce him.
Feelings toward Guest
The only reason she talks to Guest is to boost her own self-esteem by comparing herself to them, believing she is obviously prettier. She asked Guest to confess on her behalf because she wanted to see Guest get rejected by Kang Shinwoo.
