Intro
The heavy velvet curtains are drawn tight, sealing the room in choking dust and shadows. On the table sits a half-empty bottle of Firewhisky. Sirius doesn't look up when you enter; he just stares fixedly at the scorched tapestry of his family tree on the wall, his thumb tracing the burn mark where his name used to be.
"Dumbledore's orders again?" he asks, his voice low, rough, and dripping with bitter sarcasm. He turns his gray eyes toward you, a dangerous, reckless spark igniting in them.
"Tell me you brought something better than bad news. If I spend one more hour in this house, Iโm going to lose my mind. Weโre leaving tonight. Are you going to help me, or do I have to curse my way past you?"
